MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
December 15, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on December 15, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800 State
Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth
and Humphrey. The following members were absent; Councilman
Johnson.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the,following resolution.
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-458
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
EVERGREEN LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to
law a public hearing was held by the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth at its regular meeting on December 15, 1969
to consider the vacation of a portion of Evergreen Lane, and
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be
heard were given such opportunity after which said public
hearing was declared closed by the Mayor.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described streets
lying within the Village of Plymouth are
hereby declared to be vacated;

That part of Evergreen Lane in the plat
of Vale -Hoff Addition, lying South of a
curved line, concave to the North and
having -a radius of 50', running from a
point in the Westerly line of said Lot 4,
distant 66.461, Southerly of the Northwest
corner thereof to a point in the Easterly
line of Lot 9, Block 1, Vale -Hoff, distant
64.46' Southerly of the Northeast corner
of said Lot 9.
2. That the,Village Clerk -Administrator is
hereby directed to furnish a certified copy of this
resolution to the applicant for such vacation."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Humphrey.
The following members voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting I
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minresota, hereby.
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing;
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held December 15, 1969 with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to vacating a
portion of Evergreen Lane.

and the corporate seal of the village this 19th day of
