RESOLUTION 92-321
ENDORSING THE COMMUNITY ENERGY SERVICES PROGRAM AS PROVIDED BY MINNEGASCO AND
NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY.
WHEREAS, a representative from Minnegasco has requested the City's endorsement
of a Community Energy Services Program funded fully by Minnegasco and Northern
States Power; and,
WHEREAS, the City previously endorsed a similar program called the "House
Doctor" Program in the City a few years ago also funded by Minnegasco and NSP;
and,
WHEREAS, the importance of energy conservation programs have not diminished
since then, but are still are critical in reducing energy costs to homeowners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that by this resolution it endorses the NSP/Minnegaso
Community Energy Services Program and that a notice be placed in the July,
1992 Newsletter informing Plymouth citizens of the particulars of the program.
Adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1992.
