RESOLUTION 92- 320
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR UPSHER-SMITH LABORATORIES, INC. LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF 23RD AVENUE NORTH AND NIAGARA LANE (92036)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Upsher-Smith
Laboratories, Inc. located at the southeast corner of 23rd Avenue North and
Niagara Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Enginer's Memorandum.
Adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1992.
