RESOLUTION 92-319
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR UPSHER-SMITH LABORATORIES, INC. LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 23RD AVENUE NORTH AND NIAGARA LANE (92036)
WHEREAS, Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. has requested approval for a lot
consolidation for the creation of 1 lot located at the southeast corner of
23rd Avenue North and Niagara Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
consolidation for Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. for property located at the
southeast corner of 23rd Avenue North and Niagara Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
The north 259.13 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center
First Addition, according to the pint thereof of record in Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2 lying northerly of a line drawn parallel with the 134
feet northerly of the south line of said Lot 2, as measured at right
angles to said south line, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated as follows:
The north 259.13 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center
First Addition, according to the plat thereof of record in Hennepin
County, Minnesota, and, that part of Lot 2 lying northerly of a line
drawn parallel with the 134 feet northerly of the south line of said Lot
2, as measured at right angles to said south line, Block 2, Circle Star
Business Center First Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or
of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on June 1, 1992, with the
original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription
thereof.
WITNESS my hand officially as such City Clerk and the Corporate seal of the
City this 9th of June, 1992.
