RESOLUTION 92-315
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR DEISSNER AND RENIER LOCATED AT 2835 JEWEL LANE
NORTH (92042)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for
Deissner and Renier for the creation of 2 lots located at 2835 Jewel Lane
North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Deissner and Renier for property located at 2835
Jewel Lane North.
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements 6 feet on either side of
the new property line prior to filing with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1992.
