RESOLUTION 92-314
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR DIESSNER AND RENIER LOCATED AT 2835
JEWEL LANE NORTH (92042)
WHEREAS, Diessner and Renier has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of 2 lots located at 2835 Jewel Lane
North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Diessner and Renier for property located at 2835
Jewel Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 6, Block 4, Shiloh, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 4, Block 2, Fairfield Estates, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 6, Block 4, Shiloh, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part of Lot 4, Block 2,
Fairfield Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying northwesterly of a line described as beginning
at a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 6, distant 30.98 feet
southeasterly of the most westerly corner of said Lot 6; thence
northeasterly to a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 4, distant
58.93 feet northwesterly of the most easterly corner of said Lot 4 and
said line there terminating.

That part of Lot 6, Block 4, Shiloh, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part of Lot 4, Block 2,
Fairfield Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying southeasterly of a line described as beginning
at a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 6, distant 30.98 feet
southeasterly of the most westerly corner of said Lot 6, thence
northeasterly to a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 4, distant

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on June 1, 1992, with the

thereof.
