RESOLUTION 92-308
APPROVING COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PROGRAMS CERTIFICATION OF CONSISTENCY WITH
PLYMOUTH COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY
WHEREAS, Community Involvement Programs has requested a finding of consistency
with the Plymouth Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) for its
1992 application for a HOPE 3 planning grant; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the staff recommendation; the HOPE 3
application documents; and, the related sections of the Plymouth CHAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does find the application of
CIP for HOPE 3 planning funds dated April 16, 1992 to be consistent with the
Plymouth CHAS. This finding of consistency relates only to planning
activities and does not imply endorsement of CHAS consistency of any specific
concept or program.
Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1992.
