RESOLUTION NO. 92-307
AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL BUDGETARY ALLOCATION
FOR THE PLYMOUTH CHARTER COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated a total of $10,300 in the
1992 Budget to support the 1992 Charter Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission has advised the Council that
their activities to date have expended this budget allocation,
and that an additional $7,700 will be required for the remainder
of 1992 legal fees and publication costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing the funding
necessary to assure that the Charter is placed on the November
ballot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Authorize the transfer of $5,300 from 101-190-899 to
101-189-899.78.
2. Authorizes a transfer of $7,700 from account
101-190-899.46 to fund 101-189-899.78.
