CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 92-306
INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS
WHEREAS, in order to provide for orderly movement of traffic and provide
for the safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, a petition for a stop sign installation on 47th Avenue at
Ithaca Lane has been received and signed by approximately 100I of the
property owners living within 500 feet of the subject intersection which
exceeds the 70Z requirement per City Stop Sign Policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That stop a stop sign be installed at the
following location:
On 47th Avenue at Ithaca Lane
Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1992
