REVISING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROADS 10 AND 61. COUNTY PROJECT NO. 7408
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS. by Resolution No. 92-134 adopted February 24, 1992, the City
Council approved the construction Cooperative Agreement for the improvement
of County State Aid Highway Nos. 10 and 61: and
WHEREAS. the City of Plymouth is requesting revisions to the Construction
Cooperative Agreement: and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 would add a 12 inch watermain and
related appurtenances.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for County Project
No. 7408 and City Project No. 812 is approved and the City's estimated cost
share, as contained within the agreement, is revised from $872,300.00 to
$979.876.10.

FURTHER. that City funding for the watermain estimated to be $132,140,
including engineering design and inspection. is provided from the Utility
