RESOLUTION NO. 92- 297
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 1 AND 2. BLOCK 2,
CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to H.S.A. 412.851, Scott Gyllen of Westwood
Professional Services on behalf of Ryan Construction Company has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage
and utility easements:
The east 6.00 feet of the north 259.13 feet of Lot 1, Block
2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition, according to
the recorded plat thereof. Hennepin County Minnesota, except
the north 10.00 feet thereof:
and
The gest 6.00 feet of the north 259.13 feet of Lot 2, Block
2. Circle Star Business Center First Addition. according to
the recorded plat thereof. Hennepin ^_runty Minnesota, except
the north 10.00 feet and the south 6.00 feet thereof.
AND. WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
sane to be in order:
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That it should. and hereby does. establish the date
of June 15. 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Plymouth City
Center. 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
