HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-455VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of December, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. There were no absent members. fY�lk"- ititr *t* i Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved lli d its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-455 i WHEREAS: Harold Winkler requested a variance of the Zonifig Ordinance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS, The request of Harold Winkler for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance, Section 17, Subdivision 1, Paragraph 5, to allow his to install a 24 square foot sign at Lot 1, Slack ;It Pheasant.Hlls Addition Replat at 10101. 10111, 10121 State Highway tS5 to hereby denied. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmen Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz. and Kindseth. Councilmen Humphrey voted against. Councilmen Johnson had left the Council chambers.
