HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-285CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92- 285 APPROVING AMENDMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PATRICIA HYLAND (92033) WHEREAS, Patricia Hyland has requested an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at the 1150 Xene Lane North to allow for the construction of a 3 -season porch in "Cimarron Ponds"; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Patricia Hyland for an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at the 1150 Xene Lane North to allow for the construction of a 3 -season porch in "Cimarron Ponds" subject to the following findings and conditions: 1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the Permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. 4. The size of the porch shall be 12 foot 2 inches by 16 foot 8 inches. 5. The 3 seasons porch may encroach to within 9.96 feet of the west property line. Adopted by the City Council on May 18, 1992. (res/pc/92033:jw)
