APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
C.I.A.O. INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2
liquor license from C.I.A.O. Inc., d/b/a Broadway Station
Plymouth, for the premises at 4190 Vinewood Lane #120; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THAMMORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved
for C.I.A.O. Inc., d/b/a Broadway Station Plymouth, 4190 Vinewood
Lane #120, for the period of May 5, 1992, through June 30, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on May 4, 1992.
