WHEREAS, A VILLAGE ELECTION WAS HELD DECEMBER 2, 1969 IN

THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED IT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOuTA DOES unm Czam THE, RESULTS OF THE
VILLAGE ELECTION FOR MAYOR AND COUNCI mx As raLLows:

and declared Al Hilda, Jr. as the successful candidate for a two
year term on the Village Council commencing January 1, 1970 as
Meyor of Plymouth Village and John M. Spaeth as the successful
candidate for Councilman for a three year tars on the Village
Council commencing January 1, 1970.
The motion to adopt, the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmen Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints, Johnson,
Kindsath and Humphrey. Noone voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
f of the Village of Plywouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that i have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
{ of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
t December 4, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same to a full,'true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the rams relates to a Village Election.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 5th day of December, 1969.
