RPPIMLOG TEN54M iRX 3.2 LIQUOR LICXNSE
FOR PLINTH LIONS CLOS
WHEREAS, an application for a temporary 3.2 liquor license has
been received from the Plymouth Lions in conjunction with a
softball tournament on May 16-17; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department finds no reason to recommend
denial of the license.
MM, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLTNDUTH, KrMMSOTA, that a temporary 3.2 liquor license is
approved for the Plymouth Lions for may 16-17, 1992, at Zachary
Park, and
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to issue
the license upon receipt of an insurance certificate showing
General Liability insurance coverage in the minimum limits of
$100,000/$300,000 for the event and $300,000 Dram Shop.
