WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Northwest
Interceptor Sewer Project %68-1B bids were received, opened and tabulated

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
Into the attached contract with Northdole Construction, Inc. of
Minneapolis, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth
for the Northwest Interceptor Sewer, Project #68-18 according
to the plans and specifications tharefor approved by the Village
Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clark is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the. next lowest
bidder'shall be retained until a contract has been signed'
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following toted
in favor thereof: Mayor Fulda, Councilman Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and
Kind&cth. No ons voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
