RESOLUTION NO. 92-243
APPROVING DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF SILOS IN PARKERS LAKE
PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, a bid in the amount of $4,500 has been received from
Shingobee Builders for the demolition and removal of the silos in
Parkers Lake Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the City Council favors the removal of the silos,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINA, that staff is directed to process a change
order in the amount of S4,500 to Shingobee Builders for the
demolition and removal of silos from the Parkers Lake Playfield,
and further, that this change order is to be incorporated into
the City's existing contract with Shingobee Builders.
