RESOLUTION NO. 92-240
ORDERING PREPARAT?ON OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
XENIUM LANE - 38TH AVENUE TO NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 216
WHEREAS, street and utility improvements are required as follows:
Xenium Lane - 38th Avenue to Northwest Boulevard
AND WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1992 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the
necessary improvements and estimated cost.
MV, '!HEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYNDUTH. MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to
Bonestroo, Rosen. Anderlik and Associates. Inc. for study and that the
engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient
speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
FARTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing
'Engineering Services Agreement."
