RESOLUTION NO. 92-238
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WESTON LANE DRAINAGE AREA IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 130
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the existing drainage system
downstream of Weston Lane in order to alleviate flooding at 1506 and 1510
Weston Lane; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates. Inc. giving alternatives for reducing this
flooding problem; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has stated a preference for Alternative No. 3;
and
WHEREAS, this alternative has been presented to the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District and they have given preliminary approval with some
modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. is directed to prepare the plans and specifications for Alternative
No. 3 with the modifications as required by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District.
