RESOLUTION NO. 92-235
EASEMENT AGREEMENT USAGE
LOCATED AT BASS LAKE SHOREWOOD HILLS
LOT 2. BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, the property owner located at Lot 2. Block 1, Bass Lake Shorewood
Hills has requested that he may be allowed to place a retaining wall within
a certain portion of the easement area: and
WHEREAS. by doing so would raise the grade elevation by four feet; and
WHEREAS. the property owner has signed an Easement Usage Agreement which
would hold the City harmless if the improvements placed on the sewer
easement are disturbed as a result of future sewer maintenance activity,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That it does agree to enter into this Easement Usage
Agreement.
