VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DECEMBER 1, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
December 1, 1969 at*the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-449
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN
TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS FOR THE NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THr VILLAGE

OF PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper
and expedient and in the interest of the public
health, convenience and general welfare of the
citizens of the Village of Plymouth to acquire for
sanitary sewer purposes the property described
in Schedule "A" attached hereto, located within
said Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the said Village
of Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire said
lands for the aforementioned purpose and to take
any and all legal steps necessary to such proceedings."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held December 1, 1969 with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to authorizing
the use of eminent domain to :acquire easements for the Northwest
Interceptor sanitary sewer system.

and the corporate seal of the village this 2nd day of
