APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
MEDINA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Delete planned improvements on the existing Medina Road
alignment from Station 68+42 to County State Aid Highway (CSAR)
24 (Station 83+78). and add the construction of Medina Road
along the alignment as dedicated on the plat of Seven Ponds
Second Addition. Add sanitary sewer from Station 68+42 to Holly
Lane, watermain from about Station 68+42 to future CASH 24, and
storm sewer from Station 68+42 to future CSAR 24; construct
aggregate base. bituminous surfacing, and curb and gutter from
Station 68+42 to future CSAH 24; and construct a temporary
bituminous roadway on a temporary alignment from future CSAH 24
to existing CSAH 24.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Medina Road Improvements, City Project
No. 010 is recosmended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for Medina Road
Improvements, City Project No. 010 by adding $193,186.20 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $1,433,086.89
Previous Change Orders - ADD 44,378.37
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 201.407.18
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,678,872.44
