APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PRIME WEST BliSINESS PARK - 6TH AVENUE NORTH PAVING PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Change in unit p -rices for the contract due to construction
delays during the sanitary sever rebuild project in addition to
severe weather conditions resulting in increased unit prices for
fuel, materials. and labor costs;
AND WHEREAS. these delays necessitated waiting until the 1992 construction
season to complete the street construction portion of the project;
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Prime West Business Park - 6th
Avenue North Paving Project, City Project No. 111 is recommended for
approval;
., NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for the Prime West Business
Park - 6th Avenue North Paving Project, City Project No. 111 thereby
adding $538.15 to the project cost as previously amended, is approved:
Original contract Amount $6,883.66
Previous Change Orders - ADD 750.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - DEDUCT 6,208.70
- ADD 96.746.85
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $8,171.81
