RESOLUTION 92-224
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MICHAEL AND DONA RODICH (92019)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for
Michael and Dona Rodich located at 10525 31st Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Dedication of drainage and utility easements 6 feet either side of the new
property line to be approved by the City Engineer and recorded against
both properties.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.
