RESOLUTION 92-2-13
LOT DIVISICN/CONSOLIDATION FOR MICHAEL AND DONA RODICH. (92019)
WHEREAS, Michael and Dona Rodich has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of two lots located at 10525 31st
Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Michael and Dona Rodich for property located at
10525 31st Avenue North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 6, Block 1, Lake Park Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota
PARCEL B
Lot 7, Block 1, Lake Park Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 7, Block 1, Lake Park Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except
that part thereof lying northeasterly of Line A hereinafter described
together with that part of Lot 6, said Block 1, lying southwesterly of
Line A, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Lot 7, thence North 64 degrees 56 minutes 53 seconds West 70.11 feet;
thence West 21.34 feet; thence North 65 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds
West 81.46 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 6, and there
terminating.
PARCEL B
Lot 6, Block 1, Lake Park Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except
that part thereof lying southwesterly of Line A hereinafter described
together with that part of Lot 7, said Block 1, lying northeasterly of
Line A, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Lot 7; thence North 64 degrees 56 minutes 53 seconds West 70.11 feet;
thence West 21.34 feet; thence North 65 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds
West 81.46 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 6, and there
terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.
