RESOLUTION 92
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR PATRICIA ANDERSON (92108)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Patricia
Anderson located at 2620 East Medicine Lake Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Drainage and utility easements shall be submitted as required by the City
Engineer prior to recording of the consolidation resolution.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.
