RESOLUTION 92-221
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PATRICIA ANDERSON (92018)
WHEREAS, Patricia Anderson has requested approval for a Lot Consolidation for
the creation of one lot located at 2620 Fast Medicine Lake Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot
Consolidation for Patricia Anderson for property located at 2620 East Medicine
Lake Boulevard.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 15, Block 5, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
PARCEL B
Lot 16, Block 5, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lots 15 and 16, Block 5, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.

Plymouth, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the meeting
