RESOLUTION 92-219
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR QUADE/COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 2, CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS
CENTER IST ADDITION LOCATED AT 2200 NIAGARA LANE NORTH (92001)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Quade/Commercial Air
Conditioning located at 2200 Niagara Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Dedication of property line drainage and utility easements consistent with
the recommendation of the City Engineer.
3. No building permit is to be issued for principal structures until the
Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County.

A
