APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR QUADE/COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING FOR LOT 1, BLOCK
2, CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER IST ADDITION LOCATED AT 2200 NIAGARA LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, Quade/Commercial Air Conditioning has requested approval for a lot
division for the creation of 2 lots of 2.26 acres each located at 2200 Niagara
Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
for Quade/Commercial Air Conditioning for the creation of 2 lots of 2.26 acres
each located at 2200 Niagara Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 1st Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:

The north 259.13 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 1st
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARM R
Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 1st Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, excepting the north 259.13 feet thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.

Plymouth, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the meeting
of the Plymouth City Council on April 20, 1992 with the original thereof on file in
