APPROVING VARIANCE TO CITY CODE STANDARDS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT A FIRE
LANE FOR NUAIRE, INC. LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FERNBROOK LANE AND
21ST AVENUE NORTH (92030)
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the variance to City Code standards to
allow construction without a fire lane as requested by NuAire, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a variance to the
City Code to permit construction of an addition to an existing building
located at the northeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North, per a
Site Plan administratively approved, without a fire lane parallel to Fernbrook
Lane.
Adopted by the City ..ouncil on April 20, 1992.
