The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz., Humphrey, Johnson and Findseth. The following members tf were absent. The Mayor and Clark are hereby authorized and directed to enter Into the attached contract with Marney Construction Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the now of the Village of Plymouth to build a Municipal Garage on Niagara Lone mouth of Nigbay i55 according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the Village Council and an file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits mads will their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a muatract hes been signed it The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereem, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hista, Bsmphrey, Johnson and Kindeath.
