RESOLUTION NO. 92-212
APPROVING TAXICAB AND TAXI DRIVER
LICENSES FOR FRED L. ROHE
WHEREAS, applications for taxicab and taxi driver licenses have
been received from Fred L. Rohe; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been submitted; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an applicant
investigation and vehicle inspection and recommends approval of
the licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that taxicab and taxi driver
licenses are hereby issued to Fred Lawrence Rohe, 950 Zanzibar
Lane, Plymouth, for the period April 21, 1992 through
December 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.
