SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE 3.2
AND WIP LICENSE APPLICATIONS

WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale 3.2 and
wine licenses from C.I.A.O. Inc., for the premises at 4190
Vinewood Lane #120; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing is hereby
established for 7:00 p.m. on May 4, 1992, to consider the
application of C.I.A.O. Inc., for on -sale 3.2 and wine licenses.
Adopted by the City Council on April 20, 1992.
