RESOLUTION NO. 92-209
POLICY ON ADMINISTRATION OF
THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT OF 1991
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has adopted "The Wetland conservation Act
of 1991", which provides for an interim and permanent program for wetland
alteration; and
WHEREAS, the interim program begins January 1, 1992 and lasts through
July 1, 1993, and the City of Plymouth has assumed the responsibility for
the administration of the program; and
WHEREAS, the interim program shall be administered by the Engineering
Division of the City of Plymouth.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish policy guidelines for the interim
period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it establishes and approves the policy on
administrating The Wetland Conservation Act of 1991 during the interim
period.
