HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-208n CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-208 AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTERS UNDER STATE OF MINNESOTA COOPERATIVE PURCHASING CONTRACT WHEREAS, existing city computer work stations have become technologically obsolete and ineffective in the operation of computer software needed to accomplish departmental functions; and WHEREAS, a study was completed, dated March 13, 1992, which defines the city's needs and sets forth the costs to fulfill such needs; and WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has entered into a cooperative purchasing agreement with Ameridata and the city is desirous of purchasing under this agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, should, and hereby does, authorize the purchase of a computer network from Ameridata, Inc., as identified in the reports dated April 2, and March 13, 1992 at a cost not to exceed $90,159 through use of the State of Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1992.
