HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-206CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-206 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ALTERNATIVE CONCEPT PLAN B FOR THOMPSON LAND DEVELOPMENT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK HEIGHTS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ROCKFORD ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE (92007) WHEREAS, Thompson Land Development has requested approval of an Residential Planned Unit Development Alternative Concept Plan B for the development of approximately 122.5 acres located at the southeast corner of Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Informational Hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Alternative Concept Plan B for the development of approximately 122.5 acres at the southeast corner of Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane, subject to the following conditions: I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Private drive access shall be limited to internal public roads and restricted from Vicksburg Lane, Old Rockford Road, Dunkirk Lane and 36th Avenue North, except for church access. 4. A total of 4 bonus points are assigned as follows: a. Plus 4 for project size, 122.5 acres b. A total of 134 units are permitted Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1992 (res/cc/92007.cp:jw)(3)
