RESOLUTION NO. 92-201
APPROVING TEMPORARY 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, an application for a temporary 3.2 liquor license has
been received from the Plymouth Lions in conjunction with a
softball tournament on April 25-26; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department finds no reason to recommend
denial of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary 3.2 liquor license
is approved for the Plymouth Lions for April 25-26, 1992, at
Zachary Park; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to issue
the license upon receipt of an insurance certificate showing
General Liability insurance coverage in the minimum limits of
$100,000/$300,000 for the event and $300,000 Dram Shop.
