RESOLUTION NO. 92-200
APPROVING FILLING A WETLAND
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR HOLLY CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developers of Holly Creek propose to fill a wetland for roadway
purposes; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the public
roadway; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetland at a one to
one ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the mitigation plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts approving filling a wetland and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in Holly Creek Addition.
