RESOLUTION NO. 92-198
SKID STEER LOADER
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of a Skid
Steer Loader for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, said equipment is required to adequately provide City services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statue, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on April 1, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Case Power and Equipment $22,130.70
WHEREAS, the bid of Case Power and Equipment is in conformance with the City
specifications for the Skid Steer Loader and is therefore declared the lowest
responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby accepts the bid of Case Power and Equipment in
the amount of $22,130.70.
FURTHER, that funds for this equipment are authorized from the following:
101-172-921 $7,376.90
501-501-921 $7,376.90
502-502-921 $7,376.90
