RESOLUTION 92-195
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR RYAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR WALGREEN DRUG STORE LOCATED ON LOT 3, BLOCK 1,
ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA (91019)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Walgreen Drug Store was approved under City Council
Resolution 91-277; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has stated he will not be able to complete the
development prior the May 21, 1992 completion date set by the Site Improvement
Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize an extension of
the Site Improvement Performance Agreement for Ryan Construction Company for
Walgreen Drug Store to a new completion date of October 1, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1992.
