RESOLUTION 92-191
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR LANDSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS, FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AT ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA (90051)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Rockford Road Plaza was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-432; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $181,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $90,750
reduction of the bond, #81920642 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for landscaping at the Rockford Road Plaza to a new total
guarant;:z! of $90,750.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1992.
