RESOLUTION 92-190
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF FINANCIAL GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR RYAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA (89014)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat Development Contract for
Ryan Construction Company by Resolution 90-233 on April 2, 1990 ; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for compliance with the provisions
of City Council Resolution 90-233 regarding preservation of trees on new
development sites; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $7,725
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan that was approved; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the Developer has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize and direct the
release of the bond for tree preservation for Rockford Road Plaza subdivision
in the amount of $7,725.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1992.
