RESOLUTION NO. 92-177
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
A STREET EASEMENT WITHIN
GLEN GROVE ACRES, HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a street easement within Glen Grove Acres,
Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for March 16,
1992 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of March 16, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 16, 1992 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of said street; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following street easement be vacated:
An easement for street purposes in favor of the City of Plymouth over and
across that part of Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, Glen Grove Acres, Hennepin
County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of
said Lot 3 a distance of 400 feet east of the northwest corner thereof;
thence southerly and parallel to the easterly line of Harbor Lane to the
south line of said Lot 4; thence easterly along the south line of said Lot 4
a distance of 60 feet; thence northerly and parallel to the easterly line of
said Harbor Lane to the north line of said Lot 3; thence westerly along the
north line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning and there terminating.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on March 16, 1992 , with the original
