RESOLUTION NO. 92-175
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
THE LANE AND ALLEYS WITHIN
FIRST ADDITION GREER'S ORCHARD TRAQCTS
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the lane and alleys within First Addition
Greer's Orchard Tracts; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for March 16,
1992 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS. a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of March 16, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 16, 1992 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of said street; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said lane and alleys were not
needed for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following lane and alleys be vacated:
The lane and alleys dedicated in the plat of First Addition Greer's Orchard
Tracts, Hennepin County (specifically, the north 10 feet of Lot 22, the
north 10 feet of Lot 23, and the north 10 feet of Lot 24).
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1992

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on Marsh 16, 1gQ7 , with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
