APPROVING THE CLOSING OF PROJECTS AND TRANSFER OF
REMAINING CONSTRUCTION FUNDS TO CORRESPONDING DEBT SERVICE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the construction of various projects,
and
WHEREAS, financing has been provided through the sale of bonds and interfund
transfers, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining
construction funds to the respective debt service funds and original financing
funds for projects that are completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Project #'s 705, 906, 908, 912, 947, 001, 012, 024,
025 and 034 be closed and all remaining construction funds be transferred to
the corresponding Debt Service Funds and original financing funds.
Adopted by the City Council on March 15, 1992.
