RESOLUTION NO. 92-170
AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO
EROSION AND SILTATION CONTROL
WHEREAS, the City by Resolution No. 89-173 on March 20, 1989, adopted a
policy concerning responsibility and control of erosion and siltation;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify and revise that Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does revise the 'Erosion
and Siltation Control Policy" by adding and deleting as shown in
legislative format in the draft policy as presented in the report from
the City Engineer dated March 10, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1992
