RESOLUTION 92-16S
WHEREAS, the Development Contract for the Deerwood Glen plat specifies that
Outlot A of Deerwood Glen be perpetually owned and maintained by the Deerwood
Glen Homeowners Association; and,
WHEREAS, the Deerwood Glen Homeowners Association has requested that the City
of Plymouth take title to Outlot A, Deerwood Glen because the outlot is a
location for a public trail; and,
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended the City
of Plymouth accept conveyance of Outlot A, Deerwood Glen to become an addition
to the Rolling Hills neighborhood park, which is adjacent thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept title to Outlot A,
Deerwood Glen as an addition to the Rolling Hills neighborhood park.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1992.
