VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rejuiar meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the lot day

CowciLan Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION N0. 6969-444
WHEREAS, Bruce K. Carlson of Minneapolis Industrial Park, 450 Baker Building,
Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 requested site plan approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVIW 'Fr SITE PLAN ON BERESHIRE LANE REq"STED BY
MAMMOTH INDUSTRIES SUBJECT TO:
1. DEDICATION OF 20' OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR HOPE AVENGE.

2. THE GRANTING OF A 20' VARIANCE ON THE SETBACE FOR TBE PABEniG LOT ALONG
HOPE AVENUE.
3. REVISION OF THE WJUR2 ING PLAN FOR THE 250' OF PROPERTY LYING NORTR OF AND
ADJACENT TO THE JAMBS' PROPERTY TO GET FOTURE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Siniseth . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
