RESOLUTION NO. 92-153
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1992 TREE & STUMP REMOVAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Department will act on the 1992 Tree and Stump Removal from City
owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City ordinances, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed to four bidders and bid proposals received and opened February 6, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Golden Leaf Tree Service $31,700.00
Coolen Bros. Tree Service 23,040.00
Arps Tree Service 31,910.00
WHEREAS, the bid of Coolen Bros. Tree Service is in conformance with the City
specifications for tree and stump removal and Coolen Bros. Tree Service is therefore
declared the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Coolen Bros. Tree
Service in the amount of $23,040.00. Further, that funds for this proposal are
authorized from account #101-125-810.25-001-000.
